Along with the degree of marketization and urbanization speeding up,the scale of the informal sector and the informal employment in China has increased quickly.Informal employment has become the main force of our country's labor market.Especially during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,industrial upgrading will make more apparent structural unemployment and the Supply-side Structural Reform can also lead to overcapacity companies laid off employees.At the same time,with the development of the Internet technology derived diverse forms of employment,so the number of informal employment will be more and more.While the development of informal employment,informal employment personnel internal income difference problem gradually emerges.So we should pay highly attention to this situation.This article analyzed the income of informal employment and income differences influence factors through CSS2013 survey data.The analysis of the informal employment personnel Gini coefficient shows that different industries,different economic regions,and different human capital income have obvious difference.Monthly income and hours for the dependent variable multiple regression analysis results also showed that the gender factor,unit type,on behalf of the human capital of experience and skill levels,job grade on informal employment income have a significant impact.Informal employment has become the main power of absorbing urban employment groups.So we should pay highly attention to the development of informal employment.Begin from enhance the human capital of informal employment,changing the traditional concept of employment,continuously strengthening the attention to women's informal employment personnel,perfecting the laws and regulations system construction,and gradually improving the social security system construction of the informal employment.
