Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. Nowadays, with the reforming of market economic and changing of pattern and structure in society economy, the contradiction has occurred obviously by the total supply exceeds demand of labor force in our society. There become an important issue that concerns politics, social stability on how to reduce the unemployment rate, increase employment channels. A realistic way to reduce the employment pressure is informal employment.The informal employment is such a new model that distinct with the traditional formal one. The advantages of informal employment are wide range employing, flexible employing, time-free employing and easily recruiting. It can reduce the pressure of employment efficiently. Guide and step off the ones who are getting trouble in employment. There is double significance both to theory and practice which exactly shows my studies informal employment in this issue.I divided this article into four chapters. In first chapter, I definite the informal employment. The first and important task to research is to know the concept precisely. I analyzed the form and the position of this employment model in Chinese market economy. I listed four positive significances to the development of labor force in the last of my chapter 1.The two chapters come next are talk about the current situation and problem of informal employmen. In chapter 4, I analyzed and stated comprehensively to the solution of informal employment in our country.
