Cause In Regional Differences Of Service Industry Productivity Growth Analysis Of Influencing Factors

As China has become the world's second largest economy,and total value of the tertiary industry accounted for the proportion of GDP beyond the proportion of the second industry value,the development of the service industry in China has attracted worldwide attention.Is the development of China's service industry in the status of the global economic ? As the amount of the service industry continuous increase in the time,is its quality also in constant improvement? Under this background,this paper from the perspective of service industry productivity difference,from the perspective of the efficiency of the production of regional service industry is the growth of economic efficiency and sustainability.Firstly,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the efficiency of regional service industry,the measurement of the service industry productivity,the impact factors and the relationship with the economic growth.Then,from the perspective of measurement and decomposition of service industry productivity,the total level of service industry productivity in Jiangsu ?Guangdong Province and Beijing,then the change of the total factor productivity of 13 industries are estimated by using the non parametric Malmquist index method based on DEA model.Jiangsu's service industry productivity growth rate is not consistent with the growth rate of two in Guangdong Province,Jiangsu Province,the service industry productivity growth rate,Jiangsu province is more dependent on external factors such as manufacturing industrial structure and economic development,Beijing city in the past ten years the overall positive growth of service industry.On the other hand,in the service industry,industrial structure of wholesale and retail,transportation and education,the lack of modern service industry,especially the support of consumer services,and Guangzhou?Beijng in the industry or its own industrial structure and the development of modern service industry is far better than the Jiangsu province.Further,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of different factors on the total factor productivity and technological progress in Jiangsu Province,Guangdong province and Beijing in GMM.The results show that: the level of industry agglomeration and the development of human capital and foreign trade are the most obvious and healthy factors.In addition,the industrial level has positive effect on productivity,but the effect is not significant.Finally,on the basis of combination with two province service industry development present situation and the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of regional development service industry in China,including: to develop service industry's supporting technology,design the modern service industry,especially consumer service industry and producer services industry symbiosis mechanism,pay attention to adjust the regional trade organization and service trade way and guard against the negative effect of service industry.
