Research Of China's Self-operating Logistics Development Of B2C E-commerce Mode

The rapid renewal of Internet development and information technology has furthered the development of China's E-commerce and the expansion of Internet users.And China has greatly strengthened its position as the world's largest online market retailer.The B2 C business mode of E-commerce,an important part of online retail,has moved into period of fast development and has become an important engine for boosting economic growth.On one hand,Online shopping development brings a scale growth of logistics industry,but also requires higher logistics service level.China's logistics industry however started late,low level,which has affected customer's shopping experiences and hindered the E-commerce development.Therefore,it has become an important thing for large enterprises that how to improve logistics and distribution service to enhance customer satisfaction.Considering the future development trend,self-operating logistics seems the best choice if enterprises would like to ensure logistics distribution quality,on-time delivery and information control.For those B2 C E-commerce enterprises with self-operating logistics already,the key to success depends on how to develop its logistics in a creative way through taking good advantage of information technology such as Big Data,Internet of Things.Opening their logistics to the society has become a new profit center in new Sharing Economy.JD started earlier and has become China's largest self-operation B2 C enterprise by continuously improving its logistics.In this paper,the research is focused on self-operating logistics of B2 C E-commerce enterprises.Based on the existing documents and the current development status of domestic B2 C E-commerce enterprises,this paper mainly analyses JD's self-logistics mode with SWOT analysis method.It further specifies the advantages and disadvantages,the potential opportunities and risks of self-operating logistics and puts forward the optimization points.In the end,regarding to both automatic and mechanical logistic technology together with the Internet information technology of Cloud Calculation and Big Data analysis,the paper makes some suggestions for future development of self-operating logistics.Also,the paper aims to provide some suggestions for those B2 C E-commerce enterprises that are considering building logistics by itself or others that would like to improve its logistics.
