| This paper first introduces the research of competency model theory,including the domestic and foreign research results on the quality of competency model field.The second part,take Small-sized IT Enterprises as example,the competency model of the technique core growing into Manager has researched based on document research,BEI behavioral event interview,questionnaire survey and expert group discussed method.And the competency model will be applied in the whole training process of technique core growing into Manager,in order to solve problems about the role of changing process from the "technology" to "management",make them as soon as possible to adapt to the new management work,to success the role of changing from the "technology" to "management".In order to the reference of the technique core becoming manager in other IT Enterprises.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is introduction.Including research background,research content,research idea,research approaches,research purpose.The second chapter is the literature review and the theory of competency model.It summarizes interrelated theories of the competency model at home and abroad.The whole article is on the basis of the literature review.The third chapter introduces the construction of the competency model of the technique core growing into Manager in Small-sized IT Enterprises,and it has researched based on document research,BEI behavioral event interview,questionnaire survey and expert group discussed method.The fourth chapter introduces the design of training process based on the competency model of the technique core growing into Manager in Small-sized IT Enterprises.The fifth chapter is Combined with the A company,it will tell the application of the competency model in training areas.The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this study and the lack of study,including the research conclusions of competency model,and some shortcomings and limitations causing by objective factors. |
