Tea-zen culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture. From the utterance of zen of tea of monk zhaozhou, to the core concept of "the combination of tea and zen", further developed into the implicated spirit of "feelling the inner world by tea", Tea-zen culture has accumulated a profound historical connotation. As these old sayings go:"There are always monks in famous mountains", and "From ancient times, famous temples develop good tea", Tea-zen cultural tourism relies on abundant tourism resources. Nowadays, tourist industry is during the process of transformation and upgrading. With a unique cultural connotation and focus more on people's spiritual world, Tea-zen cultural tourism is more suitable for modern people's pursuit of leisurely traveling experience, which promotes the rapid development of Tea-zen cultural tourism scenic region and enables a great amount of A-grade high quality scenic spots to spring up.Based on the current research situation, the theoretical study of the Tea-zen cultural tourism cannot keep up with the development of the reality and it didn't form into a complete theoretical construction yet, which causing the insufficiency in Tea-zen cultural tourism development's theoretical basis and making it difficult to achieve better application. Therefore, exploring and deepening the research of Tea-zen cultural tourism based on the development practice, becomes the focus of this paper, which has a great significance on the further enrichment of the Tea-zen cultural tourism research's theory.This paper has adopted specific methods such as literature analysis, summarizing method, case analysis, etc. Taking Tea-zen cultural tourism product research as the entry point, the paper reviewed the literature home and aboard over past 20 years according to three angles:tea-culture tourism, Zen-culture tourism and Tea-Zen cultural tourism. On the basis of definition analysis of the Tea-zen culture and Tea-zen cultural tourism product, this paper has put forward and defined relevant concepts, and summarized the contents and characteristics of Tea-zen cultural tourism products. After reviewing the history and collecting the data, this paper has selected three cases:the Jingshan, Mont Mengding, OCT east, which are the typical and representative spots in the Tea-zen cultural tourism. Using the methods of on-the-spot investigation, data collection and data sorting of visitors' evaluation of related cases on tourism portal websites, this paper has analyzed the elements of environment, service, commodity, knowledge about the Tea-zen cultural tourism products in turn. Through the lateral comparison of each element, this paper clarified the common characteristics and differences of the development's factors, put forward six development characteristics of Tea-zen cultural tourism products, namely widely application of the ritual, the integration of tea garden and temple, multidimensional and abundant experience items, the extended span of festival activities, multidimensional circular tour and the highly accordance pursuit of the spirit. Finally, this paper has summarized three development patterns of Tea-zen cultural tourism products, namely, ritual oriented pattern, tea garden dependent pattern and comprehensive development pattern. In order to provide experience and reference for the relevant scenic spots' development of Tea-zen cultural tourism products in the future.
