For enterprises, the competition is very important point is the competition for talent, management is also an important part of the management of talent. Talent is the most valuable assets of enterprises, but also the survival and development of the power source. It can be said that in the current enterprise management, good people, good people, to retain people is the development needs of enterprises is facing a problem, but also long-term development of enterprises must address an important issue. PD company as a set of research and development, production and sales of electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises, and other enterprises, in the actual business also faces some problems in personnel management. How to improve the staff's satisfaction, unite the staff's heart, improve the production efficiency and the benefit, is in the enterprise development the urgent need to pay attention and the practical solution a question.This research is based on the satisfaction of PD staff. Through the method of questionnaire survey, the employees' satisfaction degree of PD company is investigated, and the data is analyzed by social science statistical software SPSS to understand the present situation of employee satisfaction of PD company. Through the survey found that the impact of PD mainly in the following aspects of the problem of low employee satisfaction. First, the staff of the performance evaluation of the lower satisfaction. Performance evaluation in the fairness and reasonableness of the existence of the inadequacies of the pressure on the staff, in terms of targeted to be improved. Second, employees' satisfaction with compensation and benefits is low, especially for the fairness and rationality of compensation and benefits. Third, the company's lack of spiritual and cultural construction, staff of the people of instability, morale is not high, depressed mood. Through the further analysis of the data, combined with the actual situation of PD companies, the PD company employee satisfaction raised recommendations.This research report first introduced the background and significance of the research, research program brief, the main content and research ideas, and the company's PD related to the situation. Then, the design and implementation of the research program are discussed, and the satisfaction of PD staff is quantitatively analyzed by means of questionnaires. Based on this, the results are displayed by means of statistical software SPSS, descriptive statistics, And from different angles of the data analysis, summed up the company's employees in the satisfaction of some outstanding problems. Finally, from the optimization of performance appraisal management, improve the management of compensation and benefits, strengthen the cultural and atmosphere construction and other aspects of the PD company to make recommendations. The survey will help PD to grasp the relevant aspects of employee satisfaction, take timely and targeted measures to improve the level of employee satisfaction, and provide helpful help for the company's sustained and healthy development in the future. The results for other similar enterprises also have some reference.
