With the rapid development and wide application of information technology for a new generation, new technologies, new applications, new models are emerging on the Internet, the Internet is accelerating into all sectors of the field of fusion, becoming the leading force of innovation-driven development, which brings the Internet economy has shown a different from the distinct characteristic of traditional forms of economic, innovative activity and growth potential.In 2015, set forth in the Government work report "Internet +" strategy, followed by manufacturing, health care, transportation, education and other areas, "net", a growing number of industries began to think about how to use the Internet to find new opportunities, traditional agriculture began to seek integration with the Internet.Liuhe County, combined with the level of local socio-economic development and industrial base, actively use the Internet technology and build rural e-commerce platform meets the needs of local agricultural development, according to promote modern agriculture industry expand, increase levels of refinement, features, building in liuhe County rural e-commerce platform to promote rural socio-economic development is of great significance.This paper is divided into six chapters, specific textual layout are as follows: the first chapter is an introduction, including background, significance, research summary, main research contents and methods;Chapter II definition and rationale, including the concept of e-business, e-commerce in rural areas define the two concepts and theoretical foundations, bilateral market theory, elaborated the theory of network marketing;Liuhe County Chapter status and problems of e-commerce in rural areas, mainly introduces the liuhe County rural development of e-commerce on the basis of the proposed six major constraints;Liuhe County, the fourth chapter is the rural development model of e-commerce, including pattern, pattern, see design the design goals and principles;Fifth chapter proposals liuhe main from five levels to promote the development of electronic commerce in rural areas suggestions;Sixth chapter is concluded, on the basis of summarizing, PCT full-text resultsThis paper draws the following conclusions:First, the liuhe County receive initial development of electronic commerce in rural areas, the County has on-line JI collection sister hengtong food stores, rice stores, Chinese Dragon flagship store, muwanglibo furniture store cat shop 12, jiuxian Web shop 1, 1919 stores 1, c Taobao shop more than more than 500 statistical micro-entrepreneurs are reaching thousands of people, logistics, express more than more than 40 enterprises.Currently, these constructed in liuhe County rural development of e-commerce system, and become a major force in local business development.Second, at present, the liuhe County, following the main problems in the development of electronic commerce in rural areas: the operational impact, platform development in the County did not achieve the desired objectives;Investment funds is not enough, temporarily unable to play a role in consolidating resources to build brands in liuhe River;Lack of development required such as photography, art, head of customer service and operations talent;There is a more appropriate place for training and business incubation sites Association leads, relevant policies and lack of industry support and development environment.Third, this paper argues that problems encountered in the development of electronic commerce in rural areas, liuhe, directly from lack of development models and liuhe County rural development model of e-commerce needs to be reasonably comprehensive in design.This paper from the perspective of Government, operator dimension dimension dimension, industry associations, individual farmers on four key areas of liuhe County rural development model for the design of electronic commerce.Finally, proposed five strategies to promote rural development of e-commerce, liuhe, namely, strengthening the construction of agricultural e-commerce platform;Promoting the construction of agricultural e-commerce to the countryside;Train operation of village-level information;Relying on the three-level network carrier, boosting local business development;Promote SMEs networking joint purchase and sale services.
