Study On The Potential Of Intensive Land Use In Rural Residential Areas In Liuhe County

Land is an important resource guarantee for the survival and development of living things in the world,and an important material basis for achieving sustainable social and economic development.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and wrote it into the party constitution,indicating that the rural revitalization and development has become the national trend.The scientific and rational deployment of the rural revitalization strategy is a key measure to improve the rural production and living environment,promote the orderly upgrading and transformation of rural areas,and stimulate rural development.With the rapid development of the current social economy,the contradiction between man and land has become increasingly prominent,and most rural residential areas are too large and occupy a large area,and rural residents are more scattered,lack of unified planning,and public services are not good.The phenomenon of enjoyment and other phenomena has gradually prompted the rural residents to focus on the use and organization of the issue more and more widely concerned.Therefore,scientific and reasonable analysis and evaluation of the intensive utilization level and consolidation potential of rural residential areas is an important part of land intensive use and efficient implementation of rural residential areas.Based on the analysis of the current situation of intensive use of rural residential areas in Liuhe County,this paper evaluates and studies the level of intensive use of rural residential areas in Liuhe County and their consolidation potential,which lays a foundation for the settlement of rural residential areas and the allocation of intensive use of land in Liuhe County under the background of rural governance.This paper discusses in detail the research status of land intensive use at home and abroad,the intensive use and consolidation potential of rural residential areas,and an in-depth understanding of the problems existing in rural residential areas in Liuhe County.According to the combination characteristics of rural residential land use and the scale status of rural residential land in liuhe county,an index system of intensive land use of rural residential land in liuhe county was established,which was composed of the land use intensity,land input level and land output efficiency of rural residential areas in Liuhe County,and the intensive level of rural residential land in Liuhe County is comprehensivly evaluated.The research shows that the intensive utilization level of rural residential areas in Liuhe County is low,and the overall average level is under low utilization.Therefore,this also provides a certain potential space for rural settlements.The index system for calculating and analyzing the potential of rural residential areas in Liuhe County has been selected from nine factors related to nature,society,economy and land.The weight of the actual potential indicators has been determined by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The extremum method is used to standardize the indicators,and finally the correction coefficient is calculated according to the formula,so as to obtain the realistic potential of rural settlements in Liuhe County.The research shows that the theoretical potential of rural settlements in Liuhe County is 1899.92 hectares,and the actual potential is 362.16 hectares.According to the actual potential analysis of the potential division of Liuhe County,it lays a foundation for the Liuhe County government to arrange the work order of rural settlements,and to indirectly improvethe efficiency of settlement of residential areas.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for the intensive use of rural residential areas in Liuhe County are proposed.
