Study On The Influence Factors And Control Strategy Of The Transportation Cost Of DB Logistics Company

As an emerging industry the logistics industry has become an important force to promote the continuous development of the national economy,gets more attention from the industry,with the rapid development of the logistics industry,increasing logistics cost has became an important factor restricting the sustainable development of the enterprise logistics.And logistics transportation is the key of logistics operations,logistics transportation cost occupies a very high proportion in the logistics cost,and it is imperative to reduce and control the transportation cost ofthe logistics enterprise.As a result of the many factors that affect the transportation cost of logistics enterprises and complex relationship,logistics enterprises to logistics transport cost control work more difficult.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to analyze the main influencing factors and their relations,and to take reasonable and effective control measures to improve the economic efficiency and core competitiveness of logistics enterprises.Based on analysis of domestic and foreign research status of thelogistics transportation cost,the paper discusses the related theory of logistics transportation cost,takes DB logistics company as an example to analyse the influence factors of the company situation and transportation cost;constructs the DEMATEL-ISM influence factors model which combined with the advantages of DEMATEL and ISM method,using the influence factors of the model of DB logistics company,to analyse the transportation costs.To construct the hierarchical graph factors,finally obtains the relationship between logistics transportation cost factors,the transport distance and whether transport will affect the choice of mode of transport,transportation impact loading goods,loading goods affect the cargo vehicle capacity and other factors,transport distance will affect transport.Labor costs will have direct or indirect effects on other factors.According to the factor analysis results,from two aspects of independent regions and levels of regional logistics and transport companies proposed DB transportation cost control strategy.The research of this paper is helpful to the sustained and healthy development of DB logistics company's transportation business,and can also provide reference for other logistics enterprises to reduce transportation cost.
