The Research Of Establishing Logistics Transportation System In S Group Company Based On The Cloud Platform

Now economic downward trend has become increasingly apparent and the real economy is receding in China. In micro, the competition in the market of Automotive electronics and electrical appliances, which is the source of 80% of S Group's business income in Chinese market, are becoming more and more stiff. In fact, S Group's market share in China is not optimistic. In order to improve the market share in China, S Group plans to reform different career fields. S Group tries its best to promote logistics reform and reduce logistics cost.Firstly, this article analyzes modern logistics transportation management and cloud computing application, combining the current situation of S Group's logistics transportation. And then, this article explores the main problems on S Group's logistics transportation, adopting System Analysis Method, sets the overall improvement goals of logistics transportation and builds the integrated solution.Secondly, this article, adopting BPR and Structured Method, elaborates on how to optimize the operational procedures of logistics transportation, imp rove the logistics informatization management and solve S Group's main issue on logistics transportation through building the cloud platform of logistics transportation.Finally, this article follows the principle of PDCA, and puts forwards the scheme on the logistics transportation and cloud platform management. This article discusses how to maintain and manage the cloud platform, which is hoped to be used for reference by the logistics department of S Group, and play an effective and long-term role in the logistics transportation reform.The construction of S Group's logistics transportation cloud platform, will establish interconnected networks and share S Group's transportation information on the supply chain, among internal departments, and between the S Group and carriers and clients. And then, it will improve the logistics transportation efficiency of S Group, effectively reduce the group's transportation cost. All of above can build the solid foundation for S Group to realize the reform goal in logistics business, increase customer satisfaction, thus expand the market share in China.
