Analyzing The Influencing Factors Of Low-carbonization Capacity Of Transportation Based On RM-BP-DEMATEL

With the improvement of the country's development and living standards,the logistics industry and the tourism industry has been developed rapidly.Transportation,as an integral part of daily life as well as the important link of all walks of life,its demand was increasing,thus promoted the energy consumption and carbon emissions.The greenhouse effect and a series of environmental problems such as air pollution caused by carbon emissions were becoming increasingly serious.The development of low-carbon transportation has become the inevitable choice to advance the national strategy of sustainable development.In order to further promote the energy conservation and emissions reduction,and fundamentally achieve the low-carbon transportation,it was necessary to explore the low carbon transportation development policy.How to identify and analyze the influencing factors of transportation low-carbonization capacity was the basis to propose the policy of the development of low-carbon transportation.So this paper used the RM-DEMATEL method to identify and analyze the influencing factors of China's transportation low-carbonization capacity and put forward suggestions on the development of low-carbon transportation.In this paper,the multi-layer influencing factors index system was established,which was integrated by the four dimensions of technical driving force,managerial driving force,industrial strength and transport structure.The RM-BP-DEMATEL model was proposed to improve the disadvantage of traditional Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)model by subjectively using expert evaluation method to determine the direct impact matrices.The method could identify the influencing factors of low-carbon transportation more objectively.An empirical study of Chinese transportation system was carried out,the results showed that the technical driving force factors were fundamental factors and managerial driving force factors were main factors of China low-carbon transportation.Finally,the development suggestions of China' s transportation low-carbonization were put forward,provided theoretical basis for the development strategies of low-carbon transportation.
