Research On Project Management Of New Products Transfer In Company C

‘Military-civilian integration' and ‘innovation driven' are national strategies of military companies' transformation in our country.Military high-tech and research achievements,which are applied from military field to civilian related industry,will not only expand military enterprises' existance,increase the whole manufacturing ability,but also take fully advantage of social resources to improve efficiency and development of military industry.Based on definition of new products‘ transfer,the paper introduces research results of domestic and foreign scholars,including modes,project management,and key success factors of new products transferring from military to civilian.At first,the features of new products transfer,internal and external environment of company C are analyzed.Secondly,objectives and action plan of new products transfer are formulated and designed.After that,in the process of conducting,by tabulation,standardization,templating,and flow methods,transfer in new products has been effectively managed in the stages of products design,process design,design confirmation,and project summary.The project of new products transfer has been accomplished successfully.This paper provides similar companies with theories and practice for reference in terms of project management of new product transfer.
