With the comprehensive strength of our country being promoted in an all-round way,the forms both at home and abroad have undergone constant changes.In order to meet the needs of our national defense construction under the new form,the report of the 17 th National Congress of the CPC has put forward the proposal of "establishing and improving the integration of the military and the civilian population,Military and civilian weapons research and production system " and " out of a fusion path with the Chinese characteristics of military and civilian integration," which marks the national defense science and technology industry has entered a new stage of development,while strengthening the military and rich countries and rich people.The soldiers are not strong and can not destroy the enemy.The integration of the military and the people and the inclusion of the army and the people in the land are the important guidelines for our party in the national economic construction and national defense building in the 21 st century.In response to the state policy,the military enterprise's business strategy has also changed with the background of military and civilian integration.This article is based on the investigation of J Company,a local military-industrial enterprise supervised by the Provincial Department of National Defense Industry and Technology.In the context of policy changes,the reform of the military system,and increasingly fierce competition,the problems at all levels of J have been further amplified.J's comprehensive strength and finding a suitable J company's development strategy has become a top priority for the company.This paper analyzes the macro environment of J Company under the integration of military and civilian,and analyzes the external environment of Company J through the form of enterprise diagnosis.The internal environment of Company J is performed through internal resources,core competitiveness,value chain and SOWT model.Based on the analysis,this paper summarizes the problems and causes of J Company and summarizes the appropriate company development strategies and proposes solutions.The short-term development strategy adopts the strategic alliance approach of the shared resources strategy,and quickly enhances the company's overall strength through complementary advantages.After the implementation of the short-term development strategy,the company completes the accumulation of technology and enhances the overall strength of the company,and can implement diversified development strategies in the medium and long-term.Technology "benefit" expands the company's business scope to achieve the company's long-term and stable development.
