An Empirical Study On The Influence Of Military And Civilian Integration Capability On Supply Chain Integration Of Military Enterprises

With the change of the world situation,C hina's defense industry faces great challenges.Under the new world pattern,the development of military enterprises in C hina is particularly important.After the United States proposed the military and civilian integration,all countr ies in the world responded to the problem of idle military resources by means of military and civilian integration.The military and civilian integration is applied in many countries,and the more developed countries have the rich experience of military and civilian integration.Furthermore the integrated develo pment of military and civilian enterprises in China has proved to be the correct strategy of defense industry development.Military enterprises in the integration of the military and civilian integration of the development path but not open the market reso urce allocation,around the enterprise core competence competit ion.The point is focus on supply chain integration.How to improve the core competit iveness of the enterprise by enhancing its own capabilit y of military and civilian integration and maximizing enterprise value that is the starting point of thesis research.By studying t he integration theory of military and civilian integration and supply chain management theory,this paper makes the theoretical fra mework of this paper complete,and constructs the theoretical relationship between military and civilian integration ability and supply chain integration.Paper through a structural equation model empir ical research confir ms the civil-military integration abilit y have a posit ive influence on the supply chain integration,and also confirmed the civil-military integration based fusion and the two dimens ions of core integration has a posit ive influence on supply chain integration.
