Nowadays, the global climate abnormal phenomenon, resulting in the manifestation of the greenhouse effect, various environmental climate heels is born, all countries in the world common to encounter the great environmental crisis, which has given rise to a new economic form, namely, low carbon economy. Agricultural methane and nitrous oxide emissions accounted for 50% and 60% of the corresponding total emissions, agriculture has become the second to the industrial source of greenhouse gas emissions, to vigorously develop low carbon agriculture become one of the measures on climate issues. Although Sichuan agricultural economy increment is considerable, but it is a high investment, low efficiency, heavy pollution at the expense of high carbon agriculture development mode. Therefore, Sichuan agricultural carbon reduction potential is very huge.In this article, we will advance with low carbon development of agriculture in our country area, Sichuan province as an example, the first in the introduction to the paper selected topic background at home and abroad, combined with the specific circumstances of the selected area, clarify the purpose of this study and significance.By analyzing related literature at home and abroad, to master the latest trends of the study, refer to the related research results at home and abroad, scientific establishment of agricultural carbon emission measurement system, the accounting planting carbon emissions.Then, in-depth analysis of characteristics of planting carbon emissions, including temporal characteristics and characteristics of elasticity and use LMDI model to analyze agricultural carbon driving factors, to find out the key reason of changes in carbon emissions.Finally, summarized center point, puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions.Through the system research, mainly formed the following conclusions:(1) in Sichuan province farming carbon emissions as a whole is on the rise, policy guidance, funds for its influence is bigger, and directly;(2) in terms of strength, carbon fluctuations in the rise of plantation in Sichuan province, its growth rate shows obvious characteristics of "V" type;In terms of structure, ploughing area is reducing year by year,but the proportion has been in the first place;(3) in Sichuan province farming decoupling relationship between carbon emissions and planting economic growth mainly weak decoupling, in order to realize the complete decoupling of carbon emissions and economic development, relies on agriculture to promote the efficiency of carbon emissions.(4) the scale factor of agricultural labor force in the three major restraining factors inhibiting effect after agriculture carbon efficiency factors, ranked second.(5) the factors of agricultural structure in the three major restraining factors inhibiting effect is relatively weak, limited contribution to the agricultural carbon reduction.(6) the agricultural economy development level of carbon emissions have positive driving effect, become the most important factor of agricultural carbon emissions increase.On this basis, put forward six countermeasures and Suggestions:(1) increase the low carbon agricultural inputs, the implementation of policies to guide;(2) the changing farming, reducing ploughing carbon emissions;(3) reduce agricultural materials use, improve the efficiency of agricultural carbon emissions;(4) optimize the industrial structure, from the source control carbon emissions;(5) broaden employment channels, the realization of agricultural labor transfer;(6) establish low carbon consciousness, and transformation of the mode of agricultural development.
