Intellectual property is only witness development for a short term,t Enterprises in China build primary awareness concerning Intellectual property.Although many enterprises show great enthusiasm in developing IP in recent years,only a few enterprises can develop and utilize IP in a great strategic sense.Seldom enterprise(including large-scale enterprise)will utilize IP work throughout the process of enterprise operation & management.This is one of main reasons why China’s enterprises are suppressed by transnational enterprises in the competitive markets.Luckily,Chinese government has recognized the importance of IP and published and implemented the national standard-Code for Enterprise Intellectual Property(GB/T 29490-2013),in order to guide enterprises to improve IP management capability.Such Code provides for the requirements for enterprises’ scientific research & production,marketing and HR management,involving all links of an enterprise’s operation and management.In this case,stakeholders so improper communication management will greatly influence the scientific of system recommendations and sufficiency and effectiveness of system operation.This Paper provided the general information about the “Enterprise IP Standard Implementation” project,and pointed out the fact that during the implementation of the project,due to ineffective communication management;as a consequence,the actual results of the Project are inconsistency with the expected ones.By carrying out the five activities including identification of stakeholders,planning & communication,information releasing,stakeholder expectation management and performance reporting,the communication management issues in the J Company’s “IP Standard Implementation” project was analyzed in a detailed manner.In addition,regarding the communication management issues,improvement suggestions were put forward with communication process by using project communication management theory.This Paper,by putting forward the improvement methods for communication management of the IP Standard Implementation project,plays a guiding role in implementation of this project,and can be used as reference for other enterprises’ standard implementation projects.
