Time Management In The Olympic Communications Standard Projects Applied Research

As a result, the importance of corporate strategic planning turns to significantly obvious in project management. Project Management has been relatively widely applied in communications engineering and construction area, but less in the other temporary project management application.The "Olympic communications standard projects" will ultimately achieve network security and make sure the successful communication of Olympics according to consummate the Olympic communications equipment room, equipment, pipeline, cables and the Olympic teams set standards works.In this paper, we intend to solve some conflicts happened in the functions of managers organization by application of the time management in the "Olympic communications standards project". At the same time, which provides experiences to other temporary project management in communications corporation .
