VFM Evaluation Research On Subway PPP Projects Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

In view of the present VFM evaluation is too subjective, and the problems of poor accuracy, the innovation lies in combining with its theoretical basis, on the basis of the existing evaluation framework, the theory of AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, combining the advantages of two methods of decision-making, build the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and applied to the PPP project VFM evaluation, and expounds its principle and steps, to achieve the purpose of perfecting the current VFM evaluation method. Influence the VFM evaluation indicators to identify the level of the PPP project, and based on the AHP method to establish the target layer and index layer and the factors of the class hierarchy model, at the same time the weight of each indicator elements are oPPPained.
