With the rapid development of society,competition is everywhere,the arrival of knowledge economy makes the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.And the competition between enterprises in the final analysis is the talent competition,how companies can be the master in the search for the suitable for their own development and brings strong competitive talent,has become a hot academic topic.Most of the current enterprise can realize the importance of talent for enterprise development,know if enterprises want to long-term stable development,must have a power to create benefits for its employees,however,in the operation of the enterprise,how to attract the right talent is not lost,how to attract talent,has become a difficult problem in the development of enterprises.Is to recognize this fact,begin to pay close attention to every enterprise management personnel recruitment,attaches great importance to the personnel department of the recruitment process,but also especially attention to the cultivation of talents and to maintain.But in the actual operation process,due to the lack of recruitment theory,cognitive bias,the hiring process of loopholes,lack of the post evaluation and other issues,often backfire phenomenon,weakened the competitiveness of the enterprises,hindered the normal development of the enterprise.This paper first briefly the thesis research background,research purpose and significance of topics,from the domestic and foreign research status in the recruitment management is analyzed,the concept and theoretical basis,the recruitment of recruitment management concept deeply discusses the effectiveness of the management system,and combined with this paper to solve the problem of S company,for the company's industry background,organizational structure and management status of recruitment,recruitment process,recruitment and so on carries on the profound analysis,find out in the process of recruitment management problems and deficiencies,in combination with the practical situation of the company's targeted countermeasures and Suggestions to help the company to better and faster development.
