Human resources are one of the core competitiveness of enterprises and are very important to enterprises.To obtain outstanding talents,enterprises must attach great importance to the recruitment process.Only by planning well in advance can we ensure the competitive advantage of talents in the enterprise.On the contrary,it will restrict the healthy development of enterprises.CD company is a pharmaceutical company focusing on the research and development of original innovative drugs.It is currently in the initial stage of company development and is vigorously building its own research and development team.It needs to recruit a large number of excellent research and development talents.In the process of talent recruitment,CD company also found various problems with recruitment.The article begins with a description of the background,significance,goals,and ideas of the research.Secondly,it explains the research status of the relevant theories of recruitment connotation,recruitment channels,and recruitment effect evaluation at home and abroad.Then,it introduced the overall situation of the CD company,the structure of R&D personnel,and the current situation of recruitment of R&D personnel.Then,through research and interviews,I have a detailed understanding of the company’s R&D personnel recruitment work and combined with the author’s actual work,I have analyzed the main problems existing in the CD company’s R&D personnel recruitment process.It can be summarized as follows: Salary cannot keep up with the market level,which restricts the selection of outstanding talents,lack of professional talent assessment tools,recruitment channels that cannot meet current needs,unclear job responsibilities and qualifications,lack of recruitment effect evaluation,and lack of talent pool.And put forward improvement strategies and suggestions for the above recruitment problems,including improving the salary and welfare system,scientifically selecting talent selection methods,optimizing the construction of recruitment channels,improving job analysis and job responsibilities analysis,establishing recruitment effect evaluation,and establishing talent pool six aspects.The article mainly analyzes and diagnoses the recruitment of R&D talents in CD company by using employee interviews,questionnaires,and other methods,and gives practical and feasible improvement measures according to the relevant theories of talent recruitment.The researchers hope that through the research of thesis,the recruitment of CD company can be improved,and the CD company can successfully form an excellent R&D team and promote the overall development of the company.At the same time,it is hoped that with the help of this research,it can bring some useful references for companies in the same industry to solve similar problems.
