Research On The Management Of Occupational Pension In Fuzhou’s Public Institutions

First of all, this paper discusses the background and significance of this study, describes the status of related research at home and abroad, on this basis, introduces the research ideas and innovation. Define the relevant concepts of government institutions, dual track system and occupational pension, from three aspects of economics, management and social security theory. Secondly, discusses the development status of the Fuzhou authorities and institutions occupation pension management, analyzes the Fuzhou city occupation pension management of the existing management system is not perfect, such as the implementation details remain to be worked out, the supporting system remains to be perfect. Target replacement rate has not yet been determined. Occupational pension daily management is not standardized, such as the overall level is low, hedge fund appreciation problem worrying, low pension management transparency, fiscal full contribution unit billing problems. Thirdly, in view of the important role of occupational pension as supplementary pension insurance, the current occupational pension plan is calculated and analyzed based on the perspective of pension substitution rate. Then, the influences of the main practices of Shenzhen and Dalian occupation pension annuity management and its significance, including the transfer of occupation pension and occupational pension annuity incentive occupation continues, setting conditions, enterprise annuity market investment operation etc.. Finally, expounds the basic principle of occupation pension management in public institutions in Fuzhou City, Fuzhou city occupation pension according to the existing problems in the management, put forward countermeasures and suggestions in accordance with the situation of Fuzhou city.
