In the era of knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises is the talent competition in the final analysis, the talent is an important resource and powerful guarantee for the survival and development of enterprises. Personnel recruitment is the main way for enterprises to obtain excellent talents, the situation of their work will also affect the efficiency of the operation of enterprises.Since the 21th century, the fast-developing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in China, made a huge contribution to China's rapid economic development, increasing its position and function in national economy and social development, which need more talent support and the talent team construction. Talent is the key to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, due to SMEs low recognition, small scale, poor business conditions and the lack of its own security and a series of the recruitment of adverse factors make them harder, how to recruit the suitable talent has become an important topic in the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.At present, SMEs in the recruitment of staff because of the lack of scientific theory of guidance, blind recruitment, are resulting in a lot of problems. In this article, as the basic problems of the small and medium-sized enterprise recruitment exist, combing of their personnel recruitment difficulties, using demand theory analysis of why the staff need enterprise, combined with literature research method, summarized method, statistical analysis method, in combination with theory and reality, case study interviews and so on scientific methods to carry on the analysis of these problems.Take 10 small and medium-sized enterprises in Kunming Export Processing Zone as examples; a questionnaire survey was conducted for the recruitment of these companies, which is designed based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Taking the physiological, safety, social, esteem and self actualization needs as the key line, around the enterprise recruitment related issues, focusing on studying whether the SMEs concerned about the needs of job seekers, which demand level, and based on the theory of demand for SMEs of recruitment difficult resolution strategy is put forward. Finally, in order to further solve the problem of recruitment difficulties, and make SMEs recruitment environment modeling program.
