Research On The Management Of Yuncheng Municipal Government Procurement Platform

With the development of the information technology, the importance of electronic government procurement has been strengthened. Therefore, it’s so an urgent task to manage government procurement and improve the efficiency of government procurement. It is also an important topic to lower procurement costs, achieve the openness, fairness and impartiality and play the regulate role of government procurement.This article is based on the theory of government procurement, analyzes the connotation of government procurement, electronic government procurement and government procurement platform concept. Combined with the status quota of the data and survey data of Yuncheng municipal government procurement platform are analyzed. It is found that the Yuncheng municipal government procurement platform management platform are not unified, professional staff the level is not high and the reasons. Based on the analysis of government procurement platform in advanced areas and the solemnization of the experience, the author gave several suggestions for perfecting the management of the Yuncheng municipal government procurement platform. These suggestions include that Yuncheng municipal government procurement should introduce the basic information management system, improve the procurement system, and strengthen the construction of talent team and Countermeasures. Through the analysis of the government procurement, the author hopes that the paper could enlighten the new ways to supply new management idea for the further improvement of government procurement.
