Philosophical Reflection On The Development Of Low Carbon Economy Under The New Normal State

Since twenty-first Century,the problem of survival crisis facing humanity is more and more prominent.This causes reflection of survival crisis,there is a great relationship with the world today within the dominant logic of capital existence.Therefore,the basic academic consensus is that the current human mode of economic growth is the main source of the crisis of human survival.It is in order to get rid of the crisis of survival,the world began to explore new ways of economic growth.Among them,China in eighteen years,the economic development of the "new normal" problem,put forward the problem of "the construction of socialist ecological civilization,put forward the construction of" beautiful China "and so on.Around this theme,from the economic development the academic point of view,put forward the economic development model of low carbon economy".In this paper,the construction of low carbon economy,should include four aspects of the problem of.1.construction Low carbon economy value;2 by Marx Marxist historical materialism as the basic principle of the construction of low-carbon economy;3 to clarify the problems of low carbon economy and confusion in theory;4 to explore the construction of low-carbon economic development model.Through the above four aspects of the demonstration and analysis,this paper mainly from the following five chapters were discussed.First,the chapter mainly discusses the background and significance of the development of low carbon economy.In the second chapter,the development of low carbon economy mode of argumentation is based on values of presupposition.Second,in the third chapter,demonstration of low-carbon economy based on historical materialism.Make a conclusive judgement on The "intrinsic value" and "external value" of low-carbon economy.The article thinks,The "intrinsic value" of low-carbon economy is to make the social economic development to proceed in a more orderly development of the environment,then analyze and expounde the "extrinsic value" of low-carbon economy from the economic value,political value,cultural value and ecological value of four aspects.Third,in the fourth chapter,demonstration of low carbon economy predicament in practice and theoretical difficulties.As the fundamental problem in the development of low-carbon economy,this chapter analyzes the practical difficulties faced by the low-carbon economy from the environment,investment and urbanization of three aspects.Last,in the fifth chapter,practical countermeasure demonstration of economic system reform and the construction of low carbon economy.Aiming at the difficulties faced by the low-carbon economy,puts forward Marx's ecological view into the world of life,to coordinate the relationship between economic subject and economic object and promote the reform of economic system,construction low carbon economy and so on.
