Financing Demand Analysis And Solution Design Of Small And Medium-sized Military Enterprises Under The New Situation

This article focuses on the intersection of small and medium-sized enterprises and the twelve military industrial groups, under the new situation("Guiding opinions on deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises", civil-military integration strategy enhance to national strategy, State Department encourage people to start their own businesses and to make innovations), take Aerospace SZ enterprise as an example to discuss the financing demand analysis and solution design. From the government, banks, enterprises angle to think the small and medium-sized military enterprises financing countermeasures and suggestions, has the realistic historical significance.Firstly, the theories of domestic and foreign financing are summarized, summed up the traditional and modern two different financing theories, analyzes the cost control and the financing needs of small and medium-sized military enterprises. Then, combined with theoretical knowledge, case analysis and financial analysis, analyzes financing designs for AEROSPACE SZ Enterprise, then throw out suggestions on financing of small and medium-sized military enterprises in china. The study found that:firstly, affected by the evaluation mechanisms of military enterprises, the leader's enthusiasm in cost control is not high; secondly, propose the top secret small and medium-sized military enterprises still dominated by financial investment; thirdly, the confidential small and medium-sized military enterprises financing can be appropriate to relax financing policy; fourthly, the secret level of small and medium-sized military enterprises can release restrictions, to achieve asset securitization. Finally, the article points out the limitations of this study and the future outlook, in order to have some reference and help to the development of military enterprises in our country.
