The competition among enterprises is the competition on human resources in the final analysis.Especially media enterprise,the importance of human resources is more prominent.Because in the media business,pressure of employees work for the environment,pay enterprise and individual development expectation is high and some bad management of enterprises are faced with the loss of outstanding talent,make the survival and development of enterprises affected.Liaoning fashion media limited company is facing a serious staff erosion problems,the last year staffs loss 35%,has affected the company's key business.Therefore,analysis,and staffs loss causes fundamentally resolve staffs loss problem has become the LiaoNing fashion media Co.,LTD,the key problems of human resource management.This paper USES human resources management relevant personnel loss and governance of the related theory of company personnel erosion problems are studied and the specific countermeasures.Firstly,this paper expounds the human resources and human resources management,introduces the concepts of human resources loss and human resources loss management related theory.Secondly,investigated and analyzed employee turnover staffs loss situation,whereabouts and causes,and Price-with enterprise Mueller(2000)model was designed for guidance,facing the employee satisfaction survey on-the-job employees from system and questionnaires,individual and cultural,three aspects of the reasons of the brain drain in employee were analyzed and finding out the LiaoNing fashion media Co.,LTD,the main reason for the employee turnover,finally,to human resources management theory as the guide,from the salary system,promotion system,labor system,proposes the countermeasure enterprise culture etc.This paper researches on the LiaoNing fashion media Co.,LTD's hr management have the practical significance,also expect a similar background media enterprises to provide reference of human resources management.
