In the era of knowledge economy,the focus of enterprise competition has been transferred from traditional resources like capital and technology to the competition centered on human resources,while human capital has already replaced material capital and becomes one of the leading factors of corporate operation.Aiming at the enterprise's human resource development,training undoubtedly becomes the most direct and effective way.However,as for the knowledge-intensive new and high technology enterprises,staff training will be of more important significance.Independent cultivation and training is an important way for the growth of enterprises' core talents as well as the need and inevitable choice for corporate development.The establishment and perfection of training system have become one of the key works in the human resource management of new and high technology enterprises.SIASUN Co.,Ltd.is a high-tech enterprise which takes robotic&automation technologies as the core and focuses on digital high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing.Adhering to the tenet of "vigorously attract top talents and keep on strengthening innovation ability" all the time,SIASUN Co.,Ltd.considers talents as their first resource.Then how to be able to constantly get high-quality staff through staff training and make staff have bigger development space through improving the training system to finally achieve SIASUN's strategic target of talent development and establish its advantage of talents in the field of high and new technology become the issue that SIASUN must pay special attention to and study currently.Based on the peculiarity of new and high technology enterprises,this paper deeply explores some thoughts on the construction of staff training system in the field which has a higher demand for staff training,and proposes a rational designing scheme for the staff training system of SIASUN on the basis of investigation and problem analysis by combining theory and practice with the current situation of SIASUN's staff training as the example so as to construct a multi-level and all-dimensional training system which meets the development of SIASUN and its staff.This paper hopes to propose some innovative and ground-breaking opinions for the improvement of the staff training system of domestic new and high technology enterprises and make more domestic new and high technology enterprises attach more importance to staff training and devote themselves to constantly improving the construction of corporate staff training system.
