People are the most important resource for enterprise and the excellent quality of human resource is the cornerstone for enterprise to build up common value platform, to strengthen kernel capability and to create competitive advantage. The next era will be the era of human resources, the accelerating change of technology, globalization, profit growth and customer demand etc, will put the ability of staff and the organizing capacity of enterprise on the central position of stage. How to carry out effective Human resource development, how to improve the quality of employee and how to promote working performance of employee will be key for enterprise to sharpen competitive edge over its competitors, which is also significant for enterprise to keep up sustainable core competitive. As a result, it will be strategic project for HR management to design and execute an effective and feasible training system which covers standardizing and systemizing training management, establishing, executing and evaluating the training system etc.Based on the summarization on domestic and international training related theory, discussion on improvement, execution, tracking, evaluation and innovation towards enterprise training system from institutionalization, formalization, training organizing, procedure and training content is made in this paper. Then a basic new theory concerning effective design of training system is also proposed in this paper. Finally we take SD Company as example, by analyzing the major problems existed in its Human resource training system according to SD development strategy and business running status quo., a new training system, focusing on building up effective training organization, improving training procedure and innovating training course system, is developed by utilizing related new training theory, technology and methods. In addition, this paper also provides matched refinement solution for external condition of the new training system. It is the author's hope that solid support can be provided to SD for its stable and healthy development by implementing this new training system. The new training system can aslo be a reference training solution for Chinese technology enterprise in similar industrial field.
