Study On The Development Strategy Of Deppon Logistics Company

With the rapid development of economy,modern logistics industry plays an increasingly important role in the national economy;its level of development represents the degree of modernization of a country,but also a symbol of national comprehensive strength.In the unprecedented development opportunities,many factors restricting the development of China's logistics industry have emerged.In this paper,Deppon logistics company as the research object,in the whole logistics industry environment,the development strategy for the whole idea of the enterprise existing resources and have the ability to analyze,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of using PEST method to analyze the external environment and the Potter five forces model to analyze the enterprise,the enterprises are facing the opportunities and threats,and then use SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix analysis to select the development strategy of vertical integration is most suitable for the development of enterprises from the alternatives.Then the strategy will be out into action,strategy map and balanced scorecard in strategy implementation,and establish and perfect the performance appraisal system,strengthen risk management and control,optimize the organizational structure and improve the corporate culture and other security measures,in order to ensure the effective implementation of enterprise strategy implementation.In this paper,the multi-discipline theory to analysis the present situation of the company,including strategic management,information management,risk management,human resource management,and the theory of knowledge of the existing problems and future development direction gives a good answer.The research results have great guiding significance for the future development of the company,not only can optimize the allocation of resources,but also can improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.The research methods and ideas of this paper can provide reference for other third party logistics enterprises,and have certain reference value.
