Research On Accounting-business Process Reengineering Of MB Company Under Cloud Manufacturing

Nowadays,with the help of the Internet,the new generation of information technology and manufacturing have been deeply integrated,cloud manufacturing has become an intelligent manufacturing model and means of the Internet Era.Cloud manufacturing mode has brought significant opportunities for the transformation and upgrading,the innovation and development of manufacturing industry in our country.In order to keep up with the trend of the Era,many large clothing textile enterprises have been actively building or entering the cloud manufacturing platform,seeking to upgrade from the low-end to the high-end of the industry value chain,but this has also brought challenges to the traditional accounting-business process of the enterprise.Cloud manufacturing technology makes the connection between the various departments of the enterprise,between the enterprise and external enterprise more closely,at the same time the enterprise accounting-business process should be able to manage and integrate the huge business and financial information,in order to ensure effectively information sharing and mutual benefit between enterprises and external alliance enterprises,to achieve mutual benefit and win-win.Cloud manufacturing platform is based on the new generation of information technology,it is an important carrier to provide social idle manufacturing resources and realize the network collaborative manufacturing service.The efficiency of accounting business process to the internal and external information transfer,sharing and processing is the basic premise to improve the service level and service efficiency of accounting department.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out the accounting business process reengineering in the cloud manufacturing environment.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign related research results,according to the actual situation of MB company,this paper puts forward the MBcompany's existing accounting business process is redundant,the key control point is missing,so it can not meet the requirements of cloud manufacturing environment.In this paper,the DMAIC method of Six Sigma management,Analytic Hierarchy Process Model,fuzzy synthetic evaluation method and flowcharts are used to analyze and reconstruct the accounting business process of MB company.At the same time,this paper designed the implementation plan of accounting business process reengineering of MB company.In this paper,the structural equation model is applied to the Hypothesis testing of the process which has been reconstituted,the method of questionnaire survey and the maximum likelihood estimation method are applied to statistical analysis.The results show that the accounting business process which has been reconstituted has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction,sustainable development level and enterprise value.The results provide a theoretical support and method for the operation and development of the cloud manufacturing platform.
