At present, China has become the largest shipbuilding country, but there are still aconsiderable gap between China and Japan, Korea, the United States, Europe and othershipbuilding powers.Undoubtedly, to shorten the gap with the advanced shipbuildingcountries, to further combine with the "transfer mode" to promote the shipbuildinginformatization under a new generation of information technology is the only way. Based onthe theory of cloud manufacturing, we build cloud manufacturing service platform of ship,and conduct a study on how to filterthe ship enterprise collaborative manufacturer.Then wepropose a model for collaborative manufacturer filtering which is based on combinationweighting method and theory of unascertained measure and provides a theoretical referencefor building the cloud service platform of ship and research on screening collaborativemanufacturers under cloud manufacturing environment.First, based on informationization present situation of the ship and the theory of cloudmanufacturing, we present a concept model of cloud manufacturing about ship, followed bythe characteristics of the shipbuilding and manufacturing process analysis, then combiningwith cloud computing, networking and other modern network technology, we propose ashipbuilding services platform in cloud manufacturing environment.Secondly, based on the ship cloud manufacturing services platform, according to acloud service features and shipbuilding enterprise features,build a collaborationmanufacturer screening evaluation system for ship enterprise, in order to reflect the serviceand fairness, we propose the use of combination weight which is combined subjectiveweights with objective weights. We use ANP to determine the subjective weights, andentropy weight method to determine subjective weights, and based on preferences andempower decision-makers to determine the consistency of portfolio weight. Basedoncombination weight, we make use of unascertained measure theory to build evaluatescreening model.Finally, on the basis of previous studies on the two issues, in order to verify thefeasibility and practicality of the model, we select China hopes the west ship building co.,LTD case study as a research object.We use the model to screen its collaborativemanufacturers and obtain satisfactory results. Meanwhile, the value of the method isreflected.
