Zaozhuang Mobile Corporation is a service enterprise belonging to the communications industry,the main voice communications,4G,WLAN,broadband,group information technology products,such as individuals,families,groups,a variety of communications business.With the development of communication in an increasingly competitive market incentives,the user scale saturation,although the Zaozhuang Mobile Corporation's market share is in the leading position,but its market share has declined,the number of users increased slowly.At the same time,the early market development left some problems restricting the development of the company has become a barrier,which is facing the actual problem of agency channel marketing is the most important,and the primary need to solve a problem.The particularity and importance of the Mobile Corporation in Zaozhuang is not only the channel of the agent,but also the most extensive sales channel of the company at present,and it is the direct contact with the customer and delivery service to the customer.Channel management,on the one hand affect the market share,on the other hand will make the service quality of the Mobile Corporation greatly reduced and eventually damage the company's image and influence on customer perception of Mobile Corporation.At present,Zaozhuang mobile channel,with the expansion of mobile business scope of the real name system network state,and user satisfaction is increasingly difficult to meet the trend,gradually exposed some serious problems,such as vicious competition led network low threshold,the number of new users and increase the number of net with a very low proportion of agent service ability is uneven and so on.These issues have begun to affect the business development of the Mobile Corporation in Zaozhuang,so the reform of the channels of Zaozhuang Mobile Corporation is urgent.In this paper,based on the actual characteristics of Zaozhuang mobile company,combining with the present situation of Zaozhuang telecom industrymarket and the future development,fully demonstrated the necessity of Mobile Corporation marketing channel transformation,in the process of access to a large number of domestic and foreign research about marketing channel,and then from the empirical point of view,analyzes the macro environment,Zaozhuang Communications Marketing micro environment,industry competition environment,this paper puts forward the mechanism model of Zaozhuang mobile company marketing channel transformation,and finally evaluates the actual feasibility of the scheme,I hope as the Zaozhuang mobile company marketing channel transformation reference.
