The 21st century is the era of information technology,with the rapid economic development,human resources strategy increasingly become competitive advantages of corporates in the performance of its importance,and therefore attract talent and retain talent become core competencies for every enterprise in order to achieve strategic goals and maintain sustainable development.Compensation as the most important incentives tool of human resource management to stimulate staff motivation and initiative has played an important role.Due to concerning the interest of employees,compensation is also the core problem of modern company development.Accordingly the most effective human resource management tool is formed as compensation system.In order to effectively motivate staff behavior,guide resources effectively into the most valuable area,enhance the performance for achieving the company strategic goal and obtain long-term development,the compensation system should design and implement compliance with the guidance of corporate strategy.This thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 expounds the research background of designing strategic compensation system,the research content and ideas and the research methods.Chapter 2 presents the related theoretical basis of strategic compensation system building,including the theory of strategic compensation system,compensation theory,strategic management theory,contingency theory.In chapter 3,according to the result of salary satisfaction questionnaire and staffs talks,combined with author's three years working experience in this company,the present situation of company BD's compensation system and employees strategic awareness were giving and diagnosing.It is derived that the compensation system problems happened in the company caused by derailing enterprise strategy.Chapter 4,under the guidance of strategy compensation system theory,combined with the diagnosis data of chapter 3 in this thesis,after integrating the enterprise strategy and compensation system by contingency relationship,company BD's strategy compensation system building are given as solution.The whole scheme is on the basis of comprehensive analysis of enterprise strategy to design the position salary,performance pay,annual bonus,welfare and benefits system,non-monetary incentives and sales team full commission plan,so that enterprise strategic goals are achieved and performances are maximized by the solution given above.In order to implement strategy compensation system effectively in this paper,Chapter 5 gives safeguards measures accordingly.Finally in chapter 6,according to the analysis and the solution designed from this paper,it is concluded of this paper and its future research.
