As a important instrument of motivate,astract and keep of talents, compensation manegement plays a critical role in hunman resource manegement of modern enterprise. The establishment and improvement of compensation system is key step of impoving the competitive advantage of enterprise.Through the motivation function of compensation manegement,while strategical compensation coordinate the action of stuff and the strategy of enterprise developmet and manegement.This article quote an instance of songyuan caloric power company to analyze the problem of compensation system.And base on it through the guidance of modern compensation manegement theotise,combining the specific situations f songyuan company,I will redesign the compensation system of songyuan company,intenting to solve the probelem of songyuan company.The Paper has five parts:The first chapter includes research purposes,meaning and main content;The second chapter includes the concept of the related Strategic Pay and the related theories.The third chapter includes the analysis of Strategic salary system.The fourth chapter describes the heating company's existing salary system of SongYuan city.The fifth chapter combines the Company's strategic development with business strategy designing the pay system that has the best strategic importance.The conclusion which includes the re-engineering achievements and problems still exist.
