The essence of managing is to manage person, and therefore straightening out relations within the enterprises and employees is the core of management. So the compensation system is the key for success in all work about business management. The development of enterprise is effected directly by compensation management and compensation system. A reasonable compensation system should connect the business development with workers' interests closely; thereby the strategy for business development is the point of departure to build compensation system. Then whether the compensation system could inspirit workers effectively is depend on the subjective feeling about their pays' equitableness.Based on the theory of Management by Objects, paper used Balanced Scorecard to break up the strategy into actual work responsibilities and targets. The thought of total compensation controlling solved the problem of equitableness of compensation distributing between enterprise and stuffs.Because of these standpoints, thesis built the compensation system based on the business strategy, which concentrated on the distributing system of total compensation and bonus. Considering the characteristics of enterprises which grow faster, compensation has been combined with the development of enterprises. It has given expression to fast growing enterprises' development needs.The starting point that the text lies in structuring the basic model for strategic compensation management system of the fast growing enterprise, which choose the different strategies. And hope that can give directive significance to research the theory of strategic compensation management.
