Study On The Gansu Provincal Government Promote Transformation And Upgrading Work Of Traditional Industries Countermeasures

The rapid development of traditional industries has made outstanding contributions to the rapid economic development in Gansu.Since the founding of new China,the development of Gansu industry has experienced four important historical periods.Since economic reform and opening up,the development of Gansu industry has achieved a qualitative leap forward,and has built a relatively complete industrial system with nearly 10 categories including the petrochemical industry,electricity,nonferrous metals,machinery,electronics,textiles,food,medicine,building materials.Its total industrial economy has been greatly improved,and it has become China's major base of energy raw materials and basic industrial.Today,according to the newly proposed plan in Gansu,we are beginning to use the new materials,new technology and new technologies to start the new stage of development of the industrial transformation and upgrading in Gansu.Based on the theoretical research and practical experiences of other peers,combined with the actual situation and needs of future development,this paper makes a in-depth study on the achievements and existing problems of the traditional industrial development in Gansu,and analyzes the deep causes of these problems.At the same time,surrounding the comparative advantages of the formation of traditional industries in Gansu,this paper makes a in-depth study on the work countermeasure system which the Gansu Provincial Government uses to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in Gansu,mainly including: development and implementation the transformation and development planning of provincial traditional industries,adhering to the five ideas of innovation,coordination,greening,openness and shared development,the direction and key point of the traditional industrial development,the implementation of four key tasks and the corresponding security measures.
