Taxi is an important carrier of social progress, the development of its environmental image of the industry and the city's economy are clo sely related. In recent years, Chinese cities taxi industry has achieved rapid development, has become an important window display urban civilization. Due to poor operating personnel safety awareness, sense of service is poor, lack of professional ethics, lack of sense of responsibility, job competency is low, causing passenger safety and service life and property disputes. Therefore, improving the capacity and quality of the operating personnel is necessary.In this paper, DZ taxi companies to establish a quality model as an example, based on the quality of the theory. This paper mainly through behavioral event interview, referring to the quality of some domestic and foreign enterprises to build the model, combined with the strategic objectives of the operational staff capabilities. Then according to the different requirements of DZ companies operating at all levels of personnel, quality-based model to determine capacity gaps DZ company's operations personnel, investigation and analysis, design training model to improve the quality of operations personnel. By establishing a training model based on the quality of the model, it can be beneficial to companies to improve the reality of operating personnel DZ quality services to enhance the performance levels of company management.Theoretical value of this paper is:First, the paper constructs quality model, according to the characteristics and operation of the company DZ personnel, combined with the company's strategic objectives, including: general ability, professional competence and management capabilities. In this paper,behavioral event interviews. This paper enriches the existing research quality model.Second, according to the career development and the requirements of DZ's staff grades five trading features designed appropriate training system has a theoretical reference.(Driver, team manager, branch operations manager, operations management headquarters Commissioner, Headquarters Operations Manager.)The application value of this paper:First, this study build quality model can help DZ companies operating personnel selection, evaluation, training, motivation, elimination. At the same time employees can plan individual career development clearly. Based on the quality of the model training applications, companies can more effectively train operating personnel at all levels to meet the development needs of the enterprise;Second, by studying the DZ corporate issues and research and applied research operations personnel competency model in human resource management, operations personnel can not only enhance the level of human resources management, but also can provide a good reference for the domestic enterprises to accelerate and promote the healthy development of the taxi industry, has a good practical signific ance.Third, on the basis of operating personnel based on competency model applied on DZ corporate performance management, and for example the establishment of performance evaluation program operating personnel.Fourth, DZ company's management problem, based on the quality of the model, the use of management information theory, detailed information system development strategy.The innovation of this paper:Combine quality theoretical and actual situation of enterprises, build a more detailed model of operating personnel quality, the establishment of different levels of personnel training system application model based on quality, creating operational personnel training methods, enhance the company's management performance made a very good program.
