In depth implement the spirit of the party’s eighteen, ushered in the third plenarysession of the party’s eighteen, to accelerate China’s economy, promoting the well-offsociety’s footsteps, to discuss what kind of economic policy also pulled open. InChina’s reform and opening up thirty years, with the rapid development of economy,the steady rise of living standards, China’s electrical appliance industry has beengrowing. This paper were analyzed on the scientific theory and the marketing strategyof Chinese household electrical appliance industry, and on how to conduct effectivemarketing management. Combined with the actual situation of TC company, and inview of the market problems, and combined with the theory of marketing strategy,this paper do analysis and put forward the proposals, and provides certain referencefor the future development of TC company.The research methods of this paper is case analysis and comparative analysis, andby using SWOT analysis of TC company, this paper analyses the marketing strategyof TC company. First, to analysis the factors of TC marketing strategy in-depth,including internal and external environmental factors. At the same time, to analysisthe present situation of the marketing strategy of TC company, including the analysisof different strategies, and gives suggestions on marketing strategies to TC company.Second, analysis of the marketing SWOT of TC company, to analyze the advantagesand disadvantages of TC company, and to analyze the opportunities and threatsanalysis of TC company, and make a summary. Third, put forward some problemsabout the marketing strategy of TC company, and gives four suggestions. Fourth, toanalyze the marketing strategy of TC protection, suitable for TC marketing from fouraspects of the4P strategy, combined with the TC status to do strategy profile.To sum up, this paper analysis the marketing strategy of TC company, andunderring the guidance of the marketing strategy, combined with the specific4Pstrategy, TC company implement effective marketing strategies and securitymanagement.
