Large power companies assume broader social responsibility,assume consciously accept government supervision and social supervision,according to norms of responsible management;commitment to the country's energy development strategy,to promote the power industry and social responsibility for sustainable development.In terms of performance management,the power supply enterprises in the exploration of the development of our country,in the face of the complex and changeable internal and external environment,the performance appraisal to ignore process,evaluation system needs to be perfect,performance indicators and general problems seriously restrict the development of electric power enterprises.In this paper,based on the current situation of the development of Tianjin electric power company performance management,in-depth analysis the company performance management present situation,clearly the problems existing in the company performance management system.Give full play to the role of performance management incentive and constraint,and actively implement the company's strategic development goals,the "five one" coordinated management mechanism,set up a set of performance management system in conformity with the Tianjin electric power company to optimize the design scheme,clear the optimization goal,principles,goals and tasks perfect index system,regulating the performance appraisal process,deepen the results of the appraisal application.The main conclusions including: performance management system through performance planning,performance evaluation implementation,performance result applied,performance communication and feedback,performance system continuous improvement five links,form a closed loop and improve the management system.Management authority appraisal target system,including target task index and comprehensive evaluation of two parts.Goals and tasks according to the key and important degree,can be indicators of key performance indicators and key tasks indicators divided into "unit level","department level","daily work level",as the basis of all departments and posts set performance contract.Priority task evaluation can work from quantity,quality and deadlines to evaluate three dimensions;Optimization of comprehensive index evaluation standard,by using target comparison method,comparative method and so on benchmarking method,considering the historical data,the industry benchmark,target and can improve space factors such as employees,determine the target value of index assessment of the next cycle index.Appraisal way,in strict accordance with the closed loop management pattern examination,examination score to rank evaluation method,the target score method and work system evaluation method.Performance results with staff selecting talents,skills,grade evaluation,annual assessment,employee training,etc.,drive value guidance.To strengthen the monitoring of the performance management process,managers pay attention to cultivate excellent performance,improve performance of the managers' qualities and skills.Through the practice,the optimization scheme improved the accuracy of performance appraisal,fairness and efficiency,improved its Tianjin electric power company performance management level,enrich the theory of power supply enterprise performance management research,for the full application of performance management in power supply enterprises in the same industry provides practical experience.
