As the emphasis on corporate strategy,performance management is an important way for the company to realize the rationalization of the human resource management and take the lead in market competition.Based on the strategic demand of XB Construction Company to enhance the core competence,this thesis,by learning the advanced performance management concept,comprehensively discusses the performance management status of XB Construction Company,and set an optimization scheme suitable for the future development.This thesis discusses the theoretical basis of performance management in detail,and introduces the specific process of performance management implementation.After that,a comparative analysis of several performance management theories is made to determine the applicable field and the advantage of the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)theory.By discussing the existing performance management system of XB Construction Company,the defects of the performance management system are found and the cause of the problems are analysis.Later,the strategic objective of the company is replanned and the development strategy chart is depicted.After determining the feasibility of the BSC concept,the BSC is introduced to optimize the performance management system and establish the performance management index system.The Analysis Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to test the index system,and finally the performance management system of XB Construction Company was optimized based on the BSC.The implementation of performance management system is the key to promoting the strategic objectives.Through the introduction of the performance management process circulation system,the thesis provides suggestions on performance management implementation.The description of the safeguards measures and expected results of the optimized performance management system strengthen the company's confidence.This thesis optimizes the performance management system of XB Construction Company by Balanced Scorecard,hoping to find a performance management approach and developing a human resource management model suitable for China's construction company.
