With the continuous advancement of the national urbanization process,the traditional real estate industry is becoming a huge industry,becoming an indispensable part of the national economy,and playing an increasingly important role in stimulating the development of related industries.Real estate companies operate and manage the production process and circulation process.Development and operation are extremely difficult.The amount of capital investment is large.The degree of monopoly of land is very high,the entry threshold is low,the construction period is long,the circulation period of sales funds is long,and the cash flow is slow.,oor liquidity of fixed assets;many uncertain factors.At the same time,certain professional work processes are not easy to monitor and measure.This poses new challenges to the performance management of real estate companies.In recent years,there are various problems in KA Real Estate Development Corporation because of its poor performance management.Therefore,it is an urgent issue to established a set of high-quality and complete performance management systems for improving the level of corporate performance management and enhancing the company's core competitiveness and irreplaceability as well as resisting foreign investments.First,the thesis describes relevant theories of performance management and balanced scorecard,analyzes the four dimensions of balanced scorecard,and summarizes the five balances of balanced scorecard and the basic principles and procedures of balanced scorecard.Secondly,based on the analysis of the basic situation of KA Real Estate Development Company and the problems existing in the traditional performance management system,this thesis proposes a method of introducing Balanced Scorecard and analysis the applicability of a balanced scorecard for KA Real Estate Development Company.Therefore,this paper designs a performance management optimization program based on Balanced Scorecard.This program draws a strategic map of KA Real Estate Development Company,and designs four dimensions and performance indicators at each level.It uses AHP to reset index weights,and applies practical cases.Finally,the problems that may be encountered in the balanced scorecard KA real estate development company in the implementation of countermeasures and conduct some research.It is emphasized that the successful use of balanced scorecards is inseparable from the constant communication between the superior and the subordinate and the supports from internal personnel.The author hopes that the performance management optimization program designed through this paper can provide practical and effective help for the company and contribute to the researches related to performance management in the real estate industry.
