Empirical Study Of DEA On Financial Resource Allocation Efficiency Of Five Southeast Coast Provinces

Southeast coastal provinces,with their own superior natural and geographical conditions,as well as the political advantages after reform and opening up,are the priority of China's economic development.Improving the financial allocation efficiency of 5 southeast coastal provinces is significant to improve the efficiency of our country.In the meantime,an inconvenient truth is that although there are lots of similar conditions in these 5 provinces,their financial allocation efficiency is totally different.As the financial development and financial allocation efficiency of a region are usually have close connection to the economic and social environment.In this case,it requires us to find the reason of difference in financial allocation efficiency among different areas.Therefore we can find the policy orientation to improve financial allocation efficiency according to this.In this article,we draw our lessons from domestic and international theory in financial resources theory and resources allocation theory,in both theoretical and empirical way,therefore evaluate the financial allocation efficiency in 5 southeast coastal provinces,Guangdong,Fujian,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Shandong.We first describe the current situation of research in financial allocation efficiency in 5southeast coastal provinces,then using the RC2 Model and Malmquist exponential model from DEA method to calculate the change of financial allocation efficiency in5 southeast coastal provinces from 2005 to 2014.Comparing and analyzing the financial allocation efficiency in 5 southeast coastal provinces by using section data and panel data.Based on the theoretical and mathematical basis,find the reason of difference of the financial allocation efficiency in 5 southeast coastal provinces among economic gross,industrial structure,financial scale and human resources.Finally we put forward countermeasure to improve the financial allocation efficiency in 5 southeast coastal provinces according to the research.
