With the global integration process continues to accelerate,the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,thereby affecting the overall quality of employees on the competitiveness of enterprises and more increasing.Training has a significant impact on the efficiency of business management,has a great influence in promoting productivity.In the growing globalization context,economic and social development has undergone profound changes.For days building construction company,its internal and external business environment has changed dramatically,but the present day building construction company to carry out staff training point of view,with the development of the company there is a great gap between how the current competitive situation in the market,fully explore the company's human resources and values,and to create high-quality staff to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,which is currently the company's human resources department needs a serious face work.In this paper,the theory and the status of state-owned enterprises staff training background,Xinjiang Shihezi days building construction(Group)Co.,Ltd.staff training status of the investigation,by the findings of research and analysis,we found the staff training process exists questions and propose staff training suggestions,including: improved staff training ideas,strengthening assess the effectiveness of training,according to a reasonable level employee needs to carry out training,the establishment of an effective employee training incentives.
