The Research Of The Online Banking Revision Design Based On Goal-Orientation

With the Internet products enter into all aspects of people's life,especially Alipay,WeChat,Apple Pay and other Internet financial products affect the basic necessities of our lives,the traditional financial services website has been unable to meet the needs of users,so the websites need to constantly upgrade,and it will inevitably become the focus of the research and the fastest of way to improve the user experience.From the research of the online banking revision design home and abroad,combine the practice of the actual projects,this topic has found that the current related research and application exists three main problems:1)It lacked of researches on the design flow of the revision design;2)It lacked of researches on the original site,especially the uniqueness of the original site and the interface elements of the original site in the revision design;3)In the revision design,it lacked of researches on the goals of users when they use the website.The research carried out the following works to solve these problems.1)The research proposed the specific design process of online banking revision,according to the general process of goal oriented design and combining with the specific circumstances of the revision design of online banking;2)The research studied the target of the online banking users.Through the usability testing of the original corporate online banking,the research explored the user's target in instinct level,behavior level and reflective level when they use the corporate online banking;3)The research summed up the design layers in instinct level,behavior level and reflective level of the corporate online banking revision design;4)This research re-designed the corporate online banking,test whether the design is feasible and amend the design.The design practice has proven that the design method based on user's goal orientation can effectively guide the website interface revision design and it can guide the online banking revision design which based on the user's goal-orientation.Also it achieved to enhance the user experience after the revision design,solved the problems mentioned above and provide a feasible way and reference a model for other website revision design at the same time.
