Regional Differences Of Inbound Tourism Revenues Under The Perspective Of The Western Region Based Tourism Economy

Regional differences in the development of tourism economy is the main content of the regional economic differences in development, the development of regional tourism economic research differentiation has become the focus of academic and political concerns. In recent years, the increasing demand for travel and tourism economy has become an important driving force to promote regional economic development. Due to the western regions natural resources, transportation, and social impact of differences in economic development, in different areas of the western economic development, tourism inevitably showing regional differences in the development of tourism trends and characteristics. So for different regional tourism resource endowments, take corresponding measures of tourism economic development, reducing the regional tourism and economic development in western and central western regions inside the gap is significant, this paper 2003-2012 data in the western region tourism economy on the basis of of the time in the western region of tourism and economic development in the evolution of the spatial variation characteristics were analyzed. In this paper, while the western region of the Department of Tourism Development in 12 provinces and cities in the time evolution of the characteristics analysis, inbound tourism revenue from the analysis, using the very poor, the standard deviation for 12 provinces in Western tourism economy absolute difference, using the the extreme rate, a detailed analysis of the variation coefficient index relative differences in the western region of 12 provinces and cities in the tourism economy. Conclusions of this study for the western region tourism economic area in the development process of the absolute difference in expanding the development trend of the relative difference was w-type, regional economic development in western tourism presents four different levels of development. Finally, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the western region tourism economic differences, and made according to four levels of the corresponding division of the western region development strategy, promoting the coordinated development of tourism in the western region, the last article summarizes the conclusions and insufficient research.
