China is facing the society issue about rate growth of old people.How to support the aged people when they are retired is a real problem.Government has issued a lot of policy to encourage the business of supporting old people and also ask for the inve stment from private.In the 2 sessions of 2015,the premier Li has stated to Develop th e "Internet Plus" action plan to integrate the mobile Internet,cloud computing,big dat a and the Internet of Things with modern manufacturing.Therefore it is necessary to li nk the elder support business to the Internet action plan.And the private capital has it s unique advantage.Our elder pension system need the support from the private capit al for a good development.This article is focus on the introduction of business model of ZM Group,which operates the elder support program business with Internet.Starting from the current s tatus of the new business model and give more direction for future strategy developm ent.It also provide references for the private enterprise to change their business conce pt and model in the new internet business environment.Meanwhile it offers a good ch ance for the private enterprises to participate in the elder support system.
