The service outsourcing has been a very mature business mode after long-term development. Thanks to demographic bonus, political supports and high potential market, the business mode of service outsourcing has developed and expanded dramatically. But since 2012, On the global level, the traditional business mode in China makes the service outsourcing industry low value-added in the whole value chain and leads to a low profit rate. While for the enterprises, increase of the cost and the low precision of the operation level makes the development even harder. With the help of the related business mode theory, value-chain theory and the competition analysis tools, this thesis will firstly state the Bertelsmann's traditional service outsourcing mode at presence and analyze its innovation factors from both inside and outside.Secondly,the thesis will use the real data from the Bertelsmann combining with the business mode theory to make a proof, use the value-chain concept to analyze and evaluate the innovation strategies of the key factors in the business mode, and make a conclusion. For the inside of Bertelsmann, cloud outsourcing could indeed decrease the cost and raise the incomes from outsourcing business. While, there will also occur the potential risks of cloud outsourcing to the data security and intellectual property.Finally, the thesis will make the conclusion that the cloud platform can promote the competitiveness of Bertelsmann in the outsourcing industry.Through the research of the thesis, we could make a conclusion that the innovative cloud-sourcing mode can indeed make a revolution in the traditional outsourcing industry due to its technical characteristics. After executing the cloud outsourcing, the inco me has increased from 3% to 10%, which makes the Bertelsmann overcome the bottleneck and increase the competitiveness. To the FMCG industry the flexibility and fast service can meet the needs of the business efficiently, while the standardization and the st ability can also meet the needs of the customer in the airline and auto industry.Meanwhile, the cloud outsourcing has well promoted the competitiveness. According to the competition matrix scoring system, by cloud outsourcing the score of the competitiveness of Bertelsmann has increased from 7.3 to 11.5, which makes the Bertelsmann in the first class of the industry. What's more, the research shows that the breakpoint of the increment of the competitiveness is from the technical advancement, the advantage from it and the support from government.While, the research also shows that the innovation pushed by technolo gy is easy to be duplicated. The Bertelsmann has used two years on the innovation of cloud outsourcing to make the advantage, but the competitors will do or have already been doing the same innovation. How to using the cloud outsourcing and make it unique competitive advantage and find out the next innovation breakpoint will be the key point to be considered in the future.
