With the advent of the era of mobile Internet, mobile applications have penetrated into every corner in people’s lives. When they are changing people’s consuming patterns, they also brought pressure and new challenges to the traditional commercial body at the same time. Based on the application of cloud computing and 020 model in the era of mobile Internet business, this thesis researches on the application scenario for the innovative application to explore the business group advantage and offline experience marketing model to the operability of online through transformation. This thesis aims to verify the inevitability of 020 model in commercial group practice through case studies.Through the analysis on the deployment of RD company cloud platform and in the business group 020 practice, it is verified that the business groups can realize offline entity resource advantage into the online market advantage transformation if they could seize the historic opportunity of mobile Internet. Through the deployment of cloud platform, RD assisted business groups to effectively integrate consumers, market, commodities and capital as an ecosystem and built a new consumption patterns to make consumers, market and commodity manufacturers gain benefits from cloud platforms:consumers obtained high-quality goods at acceptable prize, market improved profitability, while sellers have more sale opportunities. Based on the blue ocean strategy, technology integrated innovation and marketing theory to the cloud platform of commercial business group after the change of marketing mode, the thesis demonstrates the significance of the cloud platform and construction of 020 model for the development of the business group. It is the way for business groups to change when they face the impacts of the mobile Internet era. In combination with the practice of 020 model in business groups, the thesis systematically discusses the implementation of business group 020 marketing model from customer drainage start, customer data analysis, accurate marketing information collection and analysis, information push to the final payment. Finally, the problems in the practice of thinking and improved Suggestions are put forward.Through the research on RD company cloud platform construction and 020 mode, this article obtains the following findings:cloud platform will be the key elements to connect market, consumers and commodities. The role of the pipeline will determine the size of the online marketing.O2O model is a necessary choice for commercial bodies to cope with fragmentation demand and achieve sales growth.
