Research On Finacing Operations And Risks Of Ping An Bank Supply Chain Finance Business

Supply chain finance,as a new kind of credit,is becoming more and more popular among domestic banks.Different from the previous credit,the finance in objects’ finance position is no longer the only criterion for credit feedback.The most significant feature of supply chain finance business is that it takes supply chain as a dynamic environment into consideration.Small and medium sized enterprises can add value to their own credits by establishing stable and good trade relations with the core enterprises on supply chain,which can greatly ease their financing difficulties.Banks can broaden the original large enterprise-based customer base through the business,and the resource-rich SMEs can also create new profit growth opportunities for banks.Ping An Bank(The Original Shenzhen Development Bank),starts its supply chain finance business from 2001 and this can be said the latest attempt in domestic modern supply chain business area.It accumulated a lot of experience on its products design and platform building.This thesis chooses Ping An Bank as the research subject and analysis the bank from different perspectives.The thesis introduces the background of supply chain finance and the development history of Ping An Bank supply chain finance business.Based on the former introduction,the thesis starts to analyze Ping An Bank’s supply chain finance business from two perspectives.On one hand,the thesis gives a deep analysis of Ping An Bank’s business status in details by using the SWOT analysis model.On the other hand,the thesis constructs the risk evaluation model by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to make the evaluation can be quantified.At last,based on the former analysis,the thesis puts forward some recommendations for risk prevention to make Ping An Bank realize the better risk management in supply chain finance business.
